ABOUT US
Atelier Ea is a creative food studio founded by Copenhagen-based chef Camilla Drost.
Growing up, Camilla dreamed of foreign streets. When she moved to Copenhagen to begin law school, a new world opened up—a world of local coffee shops, natural wine bars, street food stalls, and Michelin-starred restaurants across the globe, from San Francisco and Marrakech to Paris and Tokyo.
Inspired by these experiences, Atelier Ea focuses on creating seasonal, modern dishes rooted in clarity, depth, and respect for ingredients. Camilla has trained and collaborated with chefs and sommeliers who previously worked at Noma and now run their own restaurants, honing a deep understanding of flavour, craft, and the rhythm of the Nordic seasons.
Atelier Ea has also worked with international brands, including French Pillivuyt, developing recipes and culinary projects. In the summer of 2022, the Atelier Ea team hosted their very first pop-up dinner at Iluka in Copenhagen, and they continue to craft unique pop-up events that celebrate local, seasonal, and foraged ingredients.
