Atelier Ea is a creative food studio founded by Copenhagen based chef, Camilla Drost.

Growing up Camilla dreamt of foreign streets, and when she moved to Copenhagen to start law school, a new World emerged; A dream World with everything from local coffee shops and natural wine bars to street food stalls and Michelin starred eateries around the World, from San Francisco and Marrakech to Paris and Tokyo.

Inspired by Camillas travels Atelier Ea focuses on creating seasonal and modern staples.

Atelier Ea has worked with international brands like, French Pillivuyt, developing recipes. In the Summer 2022 the Atelier Ea team hosted their very first pop-up dinner at Iluka in Copenhagen. We continue to host pop-up events. Stay tuned for the next one!
