We’re excited to announce that we’ll be doing another Atelier Ea pop-up in Copenhagen!
We would love you to join the lunch hosted by our team, at the vibing Botti.
For this event, creative chef Camilla Drost will be cooking a 5-course tasting menu using local vegetables and products from the sea. Wines will be picked by our sommelier, focusing on the top female producers.

Sourdough bread with whipped butter & soil
Cured halibut, preserved elderflower & orange blossom
Poached cauliflower, caviar & almond milk
Mussels, kale & preserved ramson
Chocolate, miso & berries

When: November 26. Lunch starts at 13:00.
Location: Botti, Gammel Kongevej 107, Copenhagen 1054
5-course tasting menu 500 DDK.
Wine and non-alcoholic drinks will be available for purchase on the evening.
