We’re back 🌿
After a summer of tennis, wild roses, peaches and sea breezes, Atelier Ea returns — inspired and ready.

Something special is coming: on October 3 & 4 we’ll host Atelier Ea Vol. 6, an intimate 10-course journey through October’s sea, forest and garden at Fiskerizakajaen in Nørrebro.

Our philosophy remains the same: local – simple – wild. Fish, vegetables and a few wild surprises from small growers and foragers, with a curated wine pairing available on the evening — and our signature beetroot tartare offered as an optional add-on.
