Beyond the Volumes, Atelier Ea can be commissioned privately — for a birthday, a gathering of friends, a company that would rather host a dinner than a meeting. The kitchen travels to you. What arrives is not catering, but an evening composed from beginning to end.
There are two ways to begin.
The Essential
Everything essential, nothing in excess
An Atelier Ea evening with everything essential and nothing in excess. A menu built around what the market gives that week, cooked in your kitchen and served at your table — the same hand and the same standard as a Volume, without the staging.
It is for the host who wants an intimate dinner: one where the food carries the evening and nothing competes with the conversation. You set the table you already love — we bring the plates, as we always do.

The Extravaganza
The full experience, and then some
Atelier Ea at full expression. A longer menu with more courses, more ambition on the plate, and the ingredients we reach for when there is a reason to. More theatre, more flourish — an evening with presence.
This is for guests who want the whole of Atelier Ea in their own home, produced with the same intent as a Volume. As with every menu, the plates are ours. If you would like the whole table dressed as well, add the table setting below.

We can take the table as well. We arrive with everything — tableware, glassware and decoration — lay the table before you sit down, and carry the washing-up home with us.

If you would rather set the table yourself, we bring only the plates. We always do — they are part of the cover price.
Every private dinner is quoted individually — the menu follows the season, the guests and the room. Tell us the date and the occasion, and we will come back with a proposal.
